Aileen Sanchez

Aileen Sanchez is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial technology sectors. Currently serving as the Country Sales Manager at Backbase since August 2020, Aileen is responsible for driving sales and go-to-market strategies in the Philippines, focusing on helping financial institutions achieve their digital transformation goals. Prior to Backbase, Aileen held various roles at Temenos from March 2013 to August 2020, including Business Development & Account Manager, where Aileen was instrumental in selling banking software solutions and cultivating new business relationships. Aileen's career began with a sales training initiative and administrative support roles, showcasing a broad skill set in sales and project management. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Consolacion College and has a robust educational background complemented by high-achievement honors from Malabon National High School.
