Arold de Vries

Arold de Vries is a senior HR leader with 30 years of experience in human resources and corporate affairs, specializing in leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement. They have held roles in various international organizations, including VP People at Backbase and HR Director at Heijmans, and have a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement and implementing effective change. Arold is currently involved with the KNRB Dutch Rowing Federation in marketing and partnerships while pursuing interim assignments. They hold a Master's degree in Political Science from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
