Brett Coleman

Brett Coleman has a strong background in customer success and project management. Brett is currently the Director of Customer Success at Backbase since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at NexJ Systems from 2011 to 2018, including Vice President of Customer Success, Vice President of Professional Services, and Director of Professional Services. During their time at NexJ Systems, Brett was responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing product deployments, providing career guidance, and leading project teams. Before joining NexJ Systems, they worked as the Vice President of Technical Solutions at Exchange Solutions Inc. from 2007 to 2011, where they led a team of Technical Solution Architects and Quality Assurance professionals. Brett also worked as a Director at Compuware Corporation from 2003 to 2006 and as a Development Manager at Changepoint Corporation from 1996 to 2003.

Brett Coleman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Huron University from 1990 to 1993.
