Danial Keshani

Danial Keshani has a diverse range of work experience in UX (user experience) design and related roles. Danial is currently working at Backbase as the Lead UX Designer + People Manager MEA. In this position, they are responsible for managing teams and leading UX design efforts for clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead UX Designer for Backbase and was involved in various retail banking projects, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for end-users. Danial also worked at Scotch & Soda as the Lead UX specialist, focusing on improving user experience and conversion rate optimization. Before that, they were a UX Designer at BOVAG, where they designed a user-centered car portal. Danial also has experience as a UX/Interaction Designer at Lobster Ink, a UX/UI Designer at GreenHome, and a UX Designer at KPN. Additionally, they founded their own web design company, Cubex Nederland, and worked as a Web/Visual Designer at Zamaneh Media. Danial Keshani obtained a Master of Arts degree in Artistic Research from the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague | Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten (KABK) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Danial'searlier education includes studying Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Tehran from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Centered Communication, Self-Doubt and Self-Confidence, Attention Control, Customer Experience Journey Mapping, and Interaction Design, among others, from institutions like LinkedIn and Contentsquare.
