David Spechler

David Spechler, Esq., CIPP/E, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Backbase, a company focused on enhancing banking experiences through its Engagement Banking Platform, David previously held similar positions at DT One, where the focus was on global mobile top-up solutions, and at Medical Air Services Association, overseeing compliance with legal regulations. Earlier legal roles included Associate Counsel and Director of Compliance, as well as Sr. Associate Counsel, Head of Domestic Legal at Rogers, Morris & Ziegler, LLP. David began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. and Landau and Associates, P.A. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Florida State University.
