Deepak P. has extensive work experience in the technology and banking industries. Deepak is currently employed at Backbase, where they have held several roles since 2014. As the Director of Technology - Ecosystems, they are responsible for shaping the future of Backbase's Engagement Banking platform by driving key initiatives and incorporating customer feedback with cutting-edge technology changes. In their previous role as a Technical Director - Global Customer Success Enablement, Deepak enabled customer success globally by providing technical and product expertise to financial institutions. Deepak also worked as a Principal Solutions Architect, advising financial institutions and bridging the gap between product development and customers. Deepak's expertise in identity and access management and cloud infrastructure allowed him to lead the Security Guild at Backbase. Additionally, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they designed production-ready architectures for banks and financial institutions worldwide. Deepak has also held positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Infosys, Bank of America, and PepsiCo, further expanding their industry knowledge and skills.
