Elton Plath

Elton Plath is a Solutions Architect at Backbase since July 2021, bringing extensive experience from a notable tenure at FNB South Africa from September 2011 to July 2021, where roles included System Architect in Digital and Software Architect in Secured Lending, focusing on aligning IT strategy with business goals and leading design and implementation of microservices architecture. Prior to FNB, Elton served in various positions at Dariel Solutions, UPIT, People Futures, and Reutech Solutions, contributing to software development, management, and systems administration. Elton holds a BTech in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of South Africa.
