At Backbase, George served as a Lead Principal Business Analyst, leading the Business Analysis function in the US Mid Market to execute Backbase customer implementation vision and deliver value and ROI. George Clarke, CSM, CSPO has a diverse education history. George completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry at The University of the West Indies, Mona from 1999 to 2002. George also obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Science from St Jago High from 1993 to 1998. George later pursued a Digital Product Management Specialization at the University of Virginia from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they hold multiple additional certifications, including the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2019. George has also obtained various certifications related to project management, agile techniques, and operational excellence from institutions like LinkedIn and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
