Georgios Aivatoglou

Georgios Aivatoglou is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Backbase, where they focus on building scalable and production-ready ML/MLOps pipelines. Previously, they served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at GWI, where they fine-tuned LLMs and optimized production models. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas, where they developed NLP applications and published five peer-reviewed papers. Georgios holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Thessaly and is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
