Ian Tay

Ian Tay has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Operations Principal at Backbase since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at the same company from August 2021 to January 2023. Ian was also an Adjunct Lecturer at MDIS from May 2020. Apart from these roles, Ian has experience as a Senior Manager / DPO and Manager / DPO at CareerBuilder Singapore, a Manager at UNIQGIFT, and an Assistant Manager at Smarte Carte. Ian also served as an Operations Manager at Certis Cisco Singapore and worked as an Assistant Platoon Commander in the Singapore Army.
