Ivan Karamatić

Ivan Karamatić has extensive experience in customer success and product management, currently serving as the RVP Customer Success for Europe at Backbase since August 2016. Previously held positions at Backbase include Customer Success Director and Customer Success Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Client Services Manager. Prior to Backbase, Ivan worked as a Product Manager at Monolith International BV and as a Product Marketing Manager at Infobip. Early in the career, Ivan was an Account Coordinator at Kognitive Marketing. Ivan holds a graduate certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College and a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija.
