Jaco Coetzee

Jaco Coetzee is an experienced professional in customer success and digital consulting, currently serving as RVP Customer Success for the Middle East and Africa at Backbase since September 2017, after holding several roles within the organization, including Customer Success Director and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Jaco worked as a Digital Consultant at Stellr and as General Manager at Mobimedia, part of Ole! Media Group, which manages various digital media subsidiaries. Jaco's career includes significant leadership roles at Oxygen8 Group, overseeing mobile business solutions as Country Manager and Director, as well as a Senior Coordinator position at Life College, where management and coordination of community college activities were primary responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Management Programme from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
