Jan R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1994, they worked as the VP of Cendant Strategic Marketing Group, managing key client relationships and introducing growth opportunities within the portfolio of products. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Business Development Advisor at IntraFi, helping community banks with balance sheet management strategies. In 2008, they became the Regional Vice President at GoNoodle/HealthTeacher, Inc, securing funding and implementing educational technology resources for school-based health initiatives. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Vice President Client Relations Director at FIS, leading teams to support financial institutions in growing card portfolios. From 2016 to 2019, they joined Kabbage from American Express, managing platform partnerships and driving strategic initiatives. Currently, since 2019, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Backbase, a digital banking platform.
Jan R. holds an MBA from the American University - Kogod School of Business with a focus on Management/Marketing. They also earned a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Jan holds a certification in Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies from Emeritus, obtained in 2021.
