Kian Ann Sim

Kian Ann Sim has extensive experience in business development and sales leadership across various industries, particularly in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at HPS and Senior Sales Director at Backbase, Kian Ann has previously held roles such as Sales Director at Diebold Nixdorf and Senior Account Director at Dynatrace, where Kian Ann played a key role in application performance management. Early career experiences included significant positions at NCR Corporation, managing business development and sales teams across the Southeast Asia region, and technical consultancy at NCR Singapore Pte Ltd, where critical banking projects were managed. Kian Ann holds an Honors degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
