Lara Cochrane

Lara Cochrane has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lara started their career as a Front Office/Reception/Night Audit employee at Peppers Retreats, Resorts & Hotels in 2006. In 2008, Lara joined Foxtel as an Inbound Sales & Retention Consultant and later transitioned into the role of a Digital Learning Designer. Lara then worked at Bupa Australia & New Zealand as a Learning Designer from 2016 to 2018. Following a brief career break in 2018, Lara joined Backbase in 2019 as a Learning Designer and eventually took on roles as Program Manager - Onboarding (Global), Field Enablement Manager (Global), and currently holds the position of Sales Enablement Lead. In 2023, Lara also became a member of Sales Enablement Collective.

Lara Cochrane obtained a Diploma in Digital Imaging from CATC Design School from 2013 to 2014. Later, in 2015, they earned a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Melbourne Polytechnic. Additionally, Lara obtained additional certifications in UX Foundation Training from UXTraining and Sketch Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in 2019.
