Nikos Karagieorgopulus is an experienced engineering and software development leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Backbase since August 2022, Nikos previously held the position of Software Development Manager at BEC Poland, where transformational leadership and agile methodologies were implemented. As Interim Head of Engineering at WorldRemit, Nikos successfully guided a team in delivering features for backend systems.
