Nuwan Silva is an engineering leader with over 5 years of experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams at Backbase, a rapidly growing fintech serving more than 150 banks globally. They focus on artificial intelligence, quality engineering, and delivery excellence, leading with a servant leadership mindset to cultivate high-performing engineering cultures. Nuwan co-founded Fillorie, a quality engineering consultancy, where they drove significant team and revenue growth, while their previous roles include founding Hard.LK and serving as Lead QA Engineer at Zone24x7. They hold an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa and a BSc in Information Technology from SLIIT.
