Riyaaz Dindar is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Principal Business Analyst and Product Owner at Backbase since January 2020, Riyaaz previously held key positions at IBM, including Head of Digital Strategy & iX CIC UK Practice, where responsibilities encompassed defining training paths and managing practice performance. Riyaaz has also worked as a consultant and project manager at IBM and led business analysis efforts at Phoenix Group, delivering major projects and business cases. At Royal Bank of Scotland, Riyaaz delivered several projects focused on requirements gathering and stakeholder management, achieving significant cost savings.
