Ueslei Lima

Ueslei Lima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ueslei began their career as a Software Developer at Intellisys Informatica in 2012 and later worked as a System Engineer at CESAR - Instituto de Inovação in 2013. Ueslei then became a Software Engineer at HP in 2014 and simultaneously worked as a Software Developer at Banco Banese from 2015 to 2018.

In 2014, Ueslei joined Grupo Mikromatica as a Software Development Consultant and continued in that role until 2021. During this time, they gained experience and expertise in software development consultancy.

In 2018, Ueslei started working at Backbase as a Senior Backend Engineer. Ueslei later transitioned to the role of Principal Backend Engineer in 2020, where they provided technical leadership and support in implementing cloud-native solutions. In 2022, they took on the position of Lead Principal Backend Engineer, where they focused on global technical leadership, researching new technologies, and cross-department alignment.

Throughout their career, Ueslei has demonstrated strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Ueslei Lima earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz from 2007 to 2012. Ueslei later pursued a postgraduate degree in Software Architecture from PUC Minas, completing it from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Ueslei obtained the certification for Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in 2013.
