Yuko Naka has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and customer success fields. In their most recent position at Backbase, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success for North America Enterprise, responsible for client relationships and accountability. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success for the Canadian Hub at Backbase. Yuko also held leadership roles at Bridgeable, where they served as the Vice President of Financial Services and Other Markets, and at Bond Brand Loyalty, where they were the Director of Financial Services. Additionally, they have experience in roles such as Director of Activation at Points.com, Ecommerce Manager at Loblaw Companies, and Project Manager at Grey Interactive.
