Casey Christensen

Casey Christensen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they held the role of Vice President of Support at Backblaze, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Support at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Casey joined Backblaze in 2010 as the Director of Support, where they focused on managing the support organization and creating an environment that is conducive to employee growth and satisfaction.

Before their tenure at Backblaze, Casey worked as a Sr. Support Technician at Sonicwall from 2006 to 2010. In this role, they provided support for the Sonicwal Email Security appliance and dealt with large-scale customers and environments. They also gained expertise in remote troubleshooting of devices, firewalls, and routers.

Prior to Sonicwall, Casey held a technical support role at Webconverse from 2005 to 2006. In 2005, they also worked as a tech support agent at R Systems, where they provided support for the Sonicwal Email Security appliance.

Casey's earlier work experience includes a role as an accessories person at GC from 2001 to 2003 and a tech position at XMission from 1999 to 2001.

Casey Christensen attended the University of Utah from 1996 to 2000, studying Political Science.
