Drew McClintick

Drew McClintick has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they worked as a College Writing Intern at Northwestern Mutual for two years. In 2008, they joined WISN/Hearst-Argyle as a Newsroom Intern. Later that year, they began their career at Apple, starting as a Genius and eventually transitioning to various roles such as AppleCare Technical Support Chat and Technical Writer. Drew was also a Lead Genius and a Technical Writer at Apple at different times. In 2014, they co-founded The Capeless Crusaders Podcast, where they worked as a Co-Founding Member and Producer for three years. Most recently, in 2021, Drew joined Backblaze as a Technical Writer and subsequently became the Lead Technical Writer.

Drew McClintick earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2003 to 2008.
