Backbone System is an operating partner for international brands entering Korea.

We help global brands build, launch, and grow in one of Asia’s most advanced commerce markets, combining local retail access, digital commerce infrastructure, logistics coordination, execution management, and market intelligence.

Entering Korea is not the problem. Operating there effectively is. Distribution can sell products at the cost of control and ownership, while direct entry often turns growth into operational complexity. Backbone offers a different model: an end-to-end operating layer between brand and market.

We turn expansion strategy into local performance, allowing brands to grow in Korea while maintaining control, ownership, and visibility.
