Dale Penny

Dale Penny has extensive work experience in the technology industry. From 2010 to 2022, they worked for Dell Inc in various roles, including Senior Principal International Product Support Engineer, International Product Support Engineer, and High Complexity Microsoft Support Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise software solutions, managed critical situations to resolution, and developed solutions to meet customer needs. In 2022, Dale joined Mercury Systems as a Senior Manager - Systems Engineering, where they led global process alignment for development best practices and consolidated resources into a single development process. Currently, Dale is working at BackBox as a Development Operations and Infrastructure professional, focusing on the research and implementation of scalable architectures for the company's software infrastructure.
