Lynel Honerman

Lynel Honerman has worked in various technical support roles since 1998. Lynel began their career at SkyConnect/nCUBE as a Technical Support in 1998. Lynel then moved to XOR/Seurat/Fair Issac as a Support Tech in 2001. In 2005, they worked as an Engineer at Applied Trust Engineering. Lynel then worked at Raindance Communications as a Technical Support in 2006 and then at LeftHand Networks as a Tier 3 Technical Support in the same year. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at HP as a Systems/Software Tier 3 Engineer. Lynel then moved to SolidFire now part of NetApp as an Escalation Engineer in 2011. In 2019, they joined NetApp as a Senior Escalation Engineer (EE5) and is currently working as a Sr. Support Engineer at BackBox since 2021.

Lynel Honerman attended Worthington Community College from 1991 to 1993 and earned an AA degree. Lynel then went on to St. Cloud State University from 1993 to 1997 and earned a BFA in Graphic Design.
