Roy Michael

Roy Michael is an experienced Techno Functional Architect currently working at Backcountry since January 2022, focusing on retail POS application design, development, maintenance, migration, and support, specifically with Oracle Xstore V20 implementation. Prior to this, Roy held multiple roles at Infosys, including Technical/Functional Architect and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed POS application management, integration with ERP systems, and overseeing enhancements for various clients like ULTA Beauty and Neiman Marcus. Roy began the professional journey at Infosys as a Software Engineer in 2005, progressing through various technical positions. Roy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India.
