Ashley Ward is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in scaling early-stage and growth-phase companies across diverse industries. They co-founded Canada's first organic pharmaceuticals company, Maple Organics, where they led strategic initiatives supporting significant revenue growth. As the Chief Operating Officer at Romex North America, Ashley drove a 400% increase in operations and helped establish the U.S. market presence. They currently serve as the Head of Sales at Backdrop.com, focusing on client success and sales strategy. Ashley holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Biology from Acadia University and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
