Josh Deckard is an experienced professional in sales and management, currently serving as the Carrier Sales Manager at Backhaul Direct since June 2016. In this role, Josh oversees a team of twenty-five, driving the growth and performance of the carrier sales department. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Carrier Sales Rep, where strong relationships were established with carriers to enhance sales margins. Earlier experience includes a position as a Family Service Advisor at Flaner and Buchanan, where Josh was among the top sales representatives, and roles at Celadon Trucking Services as a Leasing Coordinator, focusing on the Lease Purchase program. Josh's career began in the mental health sector, providing case management and support at Adult and Child Mental Health Center. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin College.
