Aarron Taylor is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the creative industry. As the Founder and Design Director at Backlash since March 2017, Aarron leads design initiatives for a London-based agency that specializes in beauty, retail experiences, and visual merchandising. Previous roles include Design Director and Senior Designer at Playmaker XM and Tribe Marketing Ltd, as well as Designer/Art Director at Haygarth. Aarron has also contributed as Lead Creative at Electrify Worldwide and held various design roles in experiential and freelance capacities. Aarron holds a BA (Hons) in Illustration from Solent University and a B-Tec Foundation in Art & Design from Kent Institute of Art & Design.
