Stephen Dykes

Stephen Dykes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Backlight since June 2025, Stephen previously held several key positions at LiveTiles, including Director of Finance, EMEA, and Finance Manager, EMEA, from January 2021 to June 2025. Prior to this, Stephen was the Financial Controller at Dental Care Ireland Group and held diverse roles at Actavo, such as Finance Manager and Strategic Finance Manager. Stephen started a career at PwC, where responsibilities included managing audit teams and performing financial analyses across various sectors. Stephen holds a 2.1 degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Taxation, and IT from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
