Tom Vance

Tom is a seasoned nonprofit professional navigating organizational needs in fundraising, communications, programming, technology and culture change. Utilizing his development background, he guides clients to reach their potential in Salesforce by digitizing nonprofit workflows, for consistent actionable data allowing clients to increase their ROI overtime. Tom hails from Minneapolis where he is active in politics and serving on nonprofit boards. Tom is inspired by Murri activist Lilla Watson’s words, “If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.” He strives to live these values in word and deed and brings this care to all of our clients working for change.
