Theodoros Pappas

Theodoros Pappas is currently the Head of Back Office & Customer Support Operations at Backpack, where they oversee operational functions. They have held various leadership positions in customer support and relations across multiple companies, including FTX, Forex Club, and SquaredFinancial. Theodoros began their career in the tourism and telecommunications sectors, served as a teacher of multiple languages, and contributed as a freelance translator. They earned a master's degree in Leadership & Policy from the Open University of Cyprus and have a strong academic background in translation and language studies from renowned institutions.
