Monica S.

Monica S. is a seasoned UX Research Lead at Backpack Interactive since October 2019, specializing in user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction. With prior experience as a Product Designer, Monica excelled in developing wireframes and prototypes to improve usability and user engagement. Monica also served as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from September 2015 to June 2019, where effective leadership and innovative instructional methods were employed to create differentiated curricula. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Study from NYU Gallatin, a Master’s Degree in Education from Hunter College, and a UX Design credential from Springboard.
