Andrea Vaughn

Andrea Vaughn is the Vice President of People & Culture at Backroads, where they lead initiatives to foster a high-performing, values-driven workplace. With a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of California San Diego, Andrea transitioned from operational roles, including Trip Leader and Field Scheduling & Payroll Manager, to shape the company's People & Culture strategy during challenging times. They are dedicated to improving employee experiences and ensuring inclusive practices throughout the organization. Prior to their current role, Andrea served as the Assistant Director and later the Director of People & Culture, where they established foundational practices and built systems to support sustainable growth.
