Safiya Mirza has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in retail, business management, and wildlife rehabilitation. At Kohl's from September 2017 to January 2021, Safiya enhanced customer loyalty and improved the in-store experience while managing inventory and fulfilling online orders. Following that, as a Business Manager at the Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems from June 2022 to April 2023, Safiya crafted strategic business plans and nurtured stakeholder relationships. Safiya joined Venture Corporation Limited as a Planner in December 2022, coordinating production plans and analyzing sales forecasts.
