Darcy Howe

Darcy Howe is the founder and managing director of KCRise Venture Fund, where they focus on supporting early-stage businesses in the Kansas City area. With a background in corporate governance and extensive experience in finance, Darcy served as a corporate board member at Heatron and held various advisory positions across multiple companies, including women-led ventures. They co-founded the Kansas City chapter of the WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation, significantly enhancing the representation of women in corporate boardrooms. Darcy's career includes over three decades at Merrill Lynch, where they became a senior executive and helped define wealth management practices for high-net-worth clients. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
