Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith is an experienced leader in logistics and management, currently serving as the Vice President of Delivery Services at Backyard Discovery, a leading company in outdoor residential equipment since January 2025. Tyler has owned Shalt Properties since August 2008, focusing on effective marketing and customer service in property management. Prior roles include Vice President of Logistics at Anchor Moving Systems and Executive Vice President at Schroeder Solutions, where Tyler managed logistics and services for various sectors including the Senior Living industry. Earlier experience as a Regional Field Manager at Go Configure and Manager at Houlihans Restaurant was foundational in developing operational expertise. Tyler holds a BA in Business Management from Benedictine University and an AA in Foodservice Management from the College of DuPage.
