Alicia Becker

Alicia Becker is a Social Impact Executive and VP of Impact and Regulatory Affairs at Bacon Work, where they build programs to enhance worker employability and oversee compliance. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at the Academy for Creating Enterprise, where they managed operations across international offices and developed an impact management program. Alicia has also held roles as Executive Director of Teen Parents Succeeding and Compliance Officer at the University of Missouri-Columbia. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law.
