Tal Cohen

Tal Cohen is an experienced laboratory specialist currently working at Bactochem in the Wine and Alcoholic Beverages Department since April 2022, where responsibilities include laboratory development, operations, and management of scientific instruments such as Gas Chromatography, alongside quality assurance and control. Prior to this role, Tal served as a Quality Control Engineer at SII - The Standards Institution of Israel from June 2012 to January 2022, focusing on chemical and documental testing in the food and beverage sector. Tal also worked as a Chemist at HCl CleanTech from 2011 to 2012, conducting pilot testing in a bio-fuel research laboratory, and began a career as a Customer Service Representative at Ituran from 2004 to 2012. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Shenkar - Engineering, Design, Art, earned between 2007 and 2010.
