Pauline Basaran has over 30 years of work experience in operations, supply chain, and production planning. Pauline began their career in 1987 as a Production Planning/Purchasing at MSC/Pinole Point Steel Co. In 1988, they were an Administrative & Facilities Manager at Micro Security Devices, Inc. From 2000-2009, they held the role of Director of Operations at PC Guardian Anti-Theft Products Inc and PC Guardian Technologies. During this time, they managed a 20-person operations team and implemented processes and systems for a start-up software company. In 2009, they were a Principal at Green Mountain Solutions Group, providing consulting services to small and start-up companies. From 2010-present, they have been the Vice President Operations and Director of Operations at BACtrack (KHN Solutions Inc).
Pauline Basaran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley. Pauline is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS.
