Our platform is designed around three connected layers: the AI Communication Layer, where customer intent is captured across voice, SMS, chat, and digital channels; the AI Orchestration Layer, where persistent context, constraints, and next-best actions are managed; and the Execution Layer, where CRM, DMS, desking, service, parts, inventory, and reporting systems are activated.

BadCo’s products include Arya, our AI communication layer; Intelligent Desking Orchestration Engine; AI-powered service scheduling; parts orchestration; inbound call coverage; FSBO acquisition workflows; website engagement tools; and BadCo Intelligence reporting.

The company’s focus is simple: help automotive retailers capture more opportunities, respond faster, reduce operational friction, and convert customer intent into measurable revenue across Sales, Service, Parts, and Inventory.
