The world wasn’t built for you. And deep down, you already know that.

It’s designed to reward those who play along, keep quiet, and mold themselves into a shape that doesn’t threaten the status quo. But what happens when you’ve spent years grinding it out, hiding your struggles, and breaking yourself into pieces to fit their mold—only to be told it’s still not enough?

At bADDass Coaching, I’m not here to help you keep up. I’m here to help you break free.

Maybe you’ve spent your career masking who you are, trying to outwork the shame they handed you, or battling the fear of being left behind in a workplace that thrives on constant evolution. Maybe you’re done pretending the hustle is worth it or that the grind will eventually pay off. Newsflash: the system wasn’t designed for you to win—it was designed for you to comply.

I don’t coach to make you “better” by their standards. I coach to make you dangerous. To give you the clarity, confidence, and direction to stop surviving and start thriving on your own terms. No fluff, no motivational clichés—just raw, actionable strategies that cut through the noise and get you where you actually want to be.

So if you’re ready to stop masking, stop fighting to prove your worth, and start owning your power in a world that tried to strip it from you, let’s talk. This isn’t about keeping up with the system. It’s about flipping the table and building something that works for you.

Your move.
