Christina R. has extensive experience in training and account management, currently serving as an Account Assistant at Bader Rutter since April 2019. Prior to this role, Christina R. worked as a Training Specialist at BuySeasons, Inc. from July 2011 to April 2019, where responsibilities included creating and preparing training programs for the offshore Customer Service Team and the Distribution Center, managing training schedules, and designing training documents. Christina R. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Career and Technical Education, Training, and Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by studies at Alverno College and UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha, along with a diploma from Whitnall High School.
