Laoise Rubio

Laoise Rubio is a highly experienced professional in the foodservice industry, currently serving as Practice Lead at Bader Rutter since September 2022. Prior to this role, Laoise held various positions at Schafer Condon Carter (SCC) from June 2012 to September 2022, including Account Director and Culinary Strategist, managing clients such as Kellogg’s Away From Home and Danone. Earlier experience includes ownership of Panzano's Pizza Pasta and More, and roles in kitchen management and culinary positions at establishments such as The Happ Inn Bar & Grill and Enoteca Baldi. Laoise began a career in marketing and communications as a Senior Account Executive at Boomm Marketing & Communications, managing notable clients like McCain Foods and Pilgrim’s Pride. Laoise holds a BA in Business/Managerial Economics from Penn State University and a Culinary Certification from Ballymaloe Cookery School.
