Tim Sherrill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim started their career as a Shift Supervisor at The Henne Group, where they supervised and monitored research staff. Tim then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sharper Future, managing filing systems and conducting drug testing. Tim also served as a Lifestyles Editor at KEZ LLC, overseeing the Lifestyles section of an E-Zine.

Most recently, Tim served as the Director of Customer Experience and People Ops at Storr. Tim introduced Pocket Commerce, a remote sales platform, and managed customer experience and people operations.
Tim is currently working as the Director of Client Success and People Operations at Badge.
Tim Sherrill's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they earned in 1996 from Piner High School with a field of study in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. After that, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2003 to 2004 and obtained an associate degree in Liberal Studies. Following this, Tim attended San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Later, they returned to San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2010 and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Creative Writing. Most recently, in 2020, Tim enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they pursued an Executive MBA degree. The field of study for their Executive MBA is not specified.
