Tim Sherrill

Tim Sherrill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim started their career as a Shift Supervisor at The Henne Group, where they supervised and monitored research staff. Tim then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sharper Future, managing filing systems and conducting drug testing. Tim also served as a Lifestyles Editor at KEZ LLC, overseeing the Lifestyles section of an E-Zine.

After that, Tim joined Premier Staffing Inc. as a Contract Worker, addressing client issues and providing customer service support for a technology client. Tim later returned to Premier Staffing Inc. as a Temporary Recruitment Specialist for a client.

Tim then joined Intrax as a Recruiter and Partner Services Coordinator, managing relationships with partners in multiple countries and handling au pair recruitment and performance. Tim also contributed to strategic responses and training within the department.

Following their time at Intrax, Tim worked as a Recruiting Counselor at Town + Country Resources, recruiting and placing candidates for various positions and coordinating interview processes. Tim also supported candidates in improving their materials and conducted follow-ups.

Tim's experience in customer support continued as they joined Poll Everywhere as a Senior Customer Support Specialist, handling a high volume of customer support tickets and calls. Tim also conducted web demos and webinars, as well as created new training content.

Most recently, Tim served as the Director of Customer Experience and People Ops at Storr. Tim introduced Pocket Commerce, a remote sales platform, and managed customer experience and people operations.

Tim is currently working as the Director of Client Success and People Operations at Badge.

Tim Sherrill's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they earned in 1996 from Piner High School with a field of study in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. After that, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2003 to 2004 and obtained an associate degree in Liberal Studies. Following this, Tim attended San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Later, they returned to San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2010 and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Creative Writing. Most recently, in 2020, Tim enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they pursued an Executive MBA degree. The field of study for their Executive MBA is not specified.
