Jayne Head

Jayne Head has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and sales. Jayne began their career as a Sales Associate at Betty K Designs from 2008 to 2013. In 2015, Jayne worked as a Marketing Intern and Mentor at TRIO, Upward Bound Program, and also as a Barista at Starbucks.

In 2016, Jayne joined Badger Maps, Inc. as a Marketing Associate, where they executed a new SEO strategy, increased organic traffic by 86% and boosted conversions by 78%. Jayne also created product marketing strategies, email marketing campaigns, and worked on trial sign-ups and customer retention. Jayne established a culture of data collection and A/B testing, which led to an average improvement of 40% in campaign performance. Jayne was also responsible for hiring and onboarding new marketing and PR hires and managed a team of remote marketing professionals.
