Robert Herriges has a diverse work experience in various roles. Robert started their career as an Intern at FasTrack Softworks, where they analyzed a PID algorithm and wrote test programs for software testing. Robert then worked as a Supervisor at University dining and culinary services for three years. Later, they joined captel inc as a Captioning Assistant. Robert then transitioned into the manufacturing industry and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GEM Manufacturing, where they handled product launches and designed manufacturing routings. Robert further enhanced their expertise as a Manufacturing Cost Estimator at HyPro Inc., where they calculated costs and generated quotes primarily for Caterpillar. Robert continued their career at CNH Industrial as a Mechanical Engineer Project Lead, focusing on reducing excess inventory and managing project progress. After that, they worked as a Cost Estimator at Dielectric Corporation, where they efficiently planned processes and sourced materials for CNC machined components. Currently, Robert is working as a Mechanical Engineer II at Badger Meter, where they design and maintains Ultronic fluid measurement technology and addresses production and quality issues.
Robert Herriges has a well-rounded education history. Robert began their educational journey at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following their graduation, they attended Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2005, focusing on Mathematics. After a year at Wisconsin Lutheran College, Robert transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Robert successfully completed their studies at the University in 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Robert has also obtained a certification known as the Engineer In Training (EIT) FE exam passed October 2011, offered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
