Tim Francis has a diverse work experience, starting as a Team Lead at ITC Infotech from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they focused on fostering a positive work environment and helping clients succeed. Tim then joined SDL as a Software Developer in 2015, where they continued to bring clients' visions to life and enhance processes for success. Their most recent roles at Badgewell include being a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, where they have used their skills to drive business success through an inclusive culture and seamless customer experience. Tim is skilled in translating strategies into actionable goals, providing customer support, and enhancing processes.

Tim Francis earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Aston University between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science at Horry-Georgetown Technical College from 2010 to 2012.
