Adam Hamlin, SHRM-SCP, CDR, CSSR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at BAE Systems since March 2022, after holding various roles including Integrated Talent Manager for both the Platforms and Services Sector and Weapons Systems, as well as Senior Technical Recruiter. Since joining BAE Systems, Inc. in July 2011, Adam has managed talent acquisition projects across multiple locations in the continental United States and Hawaii. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiter at Reliable Staffing Inc from June 2006 to July 2011, where recruitment focused on professionals and skilled tradespeople to meet specific client needs.
