Andrew Staub

Andrew Staub, M.A., APR, is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2024. With prior experience as Communications Manager at Rite Aid Healthy Futures, Andrew led strategic communications and public relations for a charitable foundation, overseeing significant marketing budgets. Before this role, Andrew held key positions in various organizations, including Marketing & Communications Director for Downtown York PA, where brand management contributed to an award-winning destination brand. A strong background in journalism includes roles as an investigative reporter and general reporter for multiple news outlets. Andrew is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the University of Dayton and holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication from the University of Delaware as well as a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
